  • Microsoft Windows 8.1 or newer
  • Apple macOS 10.13.6 or newer

Browsers

  • Apple Safari current release
  • Microsoft Edge (Windows 10 only)
  • Google Chrome current release
  • Mozilla Firefox current release
  • Opera current release
  • Browser must support TLS 1.2

Additional requirements to ensure Personal Online Banking functions properly:

  • JavaScript – must be enabled
  • PDF Reader – Any currently supported PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Screen Resolution:
    • 320 pixels wide for responsive content
    • 1024 x 768 pixels for non-responsive content

 

Personal & Small Business Mobile Banking Requirements

Phone/Tablet App

  • iOS version 12.2 or higher
  • Android version 8.0 or higher
    • Mobile Banking does not support the use of Android ‘Developer options’ settings
  • Mobile Deposit
    • Requires a camera of at least two mega-pixels in resolution with 512 MB of RA

SMS

  • iOS version 11 or higher
  • Android version 7.0 or higher
  • All other operating systems must use default browser and an unmodified version of the manufacturer-supplied operating system.
